安装如下bff文件。使用smitty install无法安装：信息如下
csm.msg.Zh_CN.core.1.7.0.0.bff
csm.msg.ZH_CN.core.1.7.0.0.bff

请教，都如何安装bff文件的，以前安装到是可以。
inutoc /usr/sys/inst.images bffcreate -c -d /usr/sys/inst.images 这两步已经做过了，但还是不行收起
