aix网络卡无法配置求助

我的系统是aix6100-01-01-0823
目前网络无法正常连接，在执行ifconfig -a/ping/netstat /cfgmgr等命令时均报错，相关信息如下，请大家帮忙分析下看怎么解决该故障。谢谢！
