Log out of the WebSphere Administrative Console application

Back up the deployment.xml file listed below, somewhere outside of the WebSphere directory structure

Go to the following directory, modify the deployment.xml file, setting the value of the "invalidationTimeout" parameter to the desired value

/config/cells//applications/isclite.ear/deployments/isclite/

for example:

cd /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/cells/WAS855Cell01/applications/isclite.ear/deployments/isclite/

Edit the deployment.xml file with your favorite editor

Change the value of the following parameter that is expressed in minutes (session expiration value :

From:

invalidationTimeout="30"

To:

invalidationTimeout=""

For example:

invalidationTimeout="120"

Save the changes to the deployment.xml file

Restart the Deployment Manager (or the Application Server jvm, if WebSphere Base environment)

Log back into the Admin Console

Please ensure that you backup the deployment.xml file before you make any changes. If the above steps do not work, then replace the file you have changed with the one you backed up, then follow the steps provided in the first link, using wsadmin to implement the change.
