重装windows7,配置toadfordb2的时候提示，database name/alias,或者节点名或实例名本地已存在

我重装windows7,又装了toad for db2，但配置toadfordb2的时候提示，database name/alias,或者节点名或实例名本地已存在，报错提示如下：
