1.Server端act log

    q act begindate=05/31/2016 begintime=00:00:00 enddate=06/01/2016  endtime=23:59:59 search='<关键字>'

   或select * from actlog where session_time>='2016-05-31 00:00:00' and session_time<='2016-06-01 23:59:59'  (severity='E' or severity='W')

查看Server端的报错代码ANR和ANE开头

2.Client端error log

ba的errorlogname，在.../client/ba/bin64/dsm.sys中定义

api的errorlogname, 在.../client/api/bin64/dsm.sys中定义

查看dsm*error.log中记录最新的报错代码, ANS开头

3.使用红皮书查看报错的解释

一般90%以上的问题，都可以得到解决
