Problem(Abstract)
While installing Omnibus 7.2.1 on an AIX 5.3 TL4 server, you get the following error "TypeError: PackageManager has no properties"
Cause
There is an incompatibility between the Netcool Common Installer and AIX 5.3 TL4.
Resolving the problem
Verify that you are installing the most current version.
