Linux上连接数据库出错

在Ubuntu上配置Cognos 10.2.1， Linux系统是装在虚拟机上的，数据库为本地的DB2，和远程的一个SQL Server，Test Connection的时候都会出现下面的问题


DPR-ERR-2002: Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit




在windows server2012上配的Cognos没有此类问题，我不确定是不是和虚拟机有关，但是想想觉得不太可能，看了很多参考，也试了都不能解决，只能求助于各位。
