GetAllDocumentsByKey returns incorrect results with multiple view categories.
The LotusScript method NotesView.GetAllDocumentsByKey does not return correct results when used against a view which contains two or more categorized columns. The method only returns documents which show up within the first category of the second column. The method should return all documents that match the first column, regardless of the second column value.
This has been identified under APAR LO61203, which is closed as "Software Limitation".
All platforms.
Create a view with two columns with the properties Sort:Ascending and Type:Categroized. Create an agent to Call NotesView.GetAllDocumentsByKey; and check the count of the resulting collection. The document collection only contains documents from the first categories of the second column.
This is to be fixed in a future release. Users are advised to use workarounds, such as a hidden view with uncategorized columns, or FTSearch.
