手动删除应用
先删除部署目录的应用（installedApps）：
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/installedApps/app1Cell01 下的文件

删除临时目录下文件
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/temp
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/tranlog
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/wstemp

config/cell//applications，Dmgr和Node下都要检查如：
C:Program FilesIBMWebSphereAppServerprofilesAppSrv01configcellsCell01applications
C:Program FilesIBMWebSphereAppServerprofilesDmgr01configcellsCell01applications

再清除下面目录的内容,目录保留
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/temp
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/temp
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/wstemp
/opt/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/ tranlog

serverindex.xml 同样要检查Dmgr和Node在Dmgr下
C:ProgramFilesIBMWebSphereAppServerprofilesDmgr01configcellsCell01nodesCellManager01
C:Program FilesIBMWebSphereAppServerprofilesDmgr01configcellsCell01nodesNode01
deployedApplications
在Node下
C:ProgramFilesIBMWebSphereAppServerprofilesAppSrv01configcellsCell01nodesCellManager01
C:ProgramFilesIBMWebSphereAppServerprofilesAppSrv01configcellsCell01nodesNode01
搜索，找到之前的应用设置，然后清除
