WINDOWS WAS服务启动不了了
WAS服务启动不了了，应该是和windows 服务有关系，手动去启动IBM WebSphere Application Server V6.1 - olm-botNode01这个服务，也启动不了：
[11-4-15 10:44:01:203 CST] 0000000a AdminTool A ADMU7704E: 在尝试启动与服务器相关联的 Windows 服务时失败：server1；
在执行 WASService.exe 时可能发生了错误：Starting Service: olm-botNode01
