cognos 10 content manager 测试连接失败
大概情况:
我的Oracle是安装在本机的，安装的时候设定的用户是新建的，安装完成后，新建了指定的用户在本机域下面
安装完cognos server之后，在进行content manager 测试的时候，显示数据库连接不成功，
[Content Manager database connection]
[ ERROR ] The database connection failed.
[ ERROR ] Content Manager is unable to connect to the content store. Verify that the database connection properties in the configuration tool are correct and that when you test the connection, the test is successful.
