1. Exit Framework Manager and Cognos Configuration
2. Backup the crn_install_dirconfiguration folder
3. From the crn_install_dirconfiguration folder, remove these directories (which will be backed up from the previous step):-csk -signkeypair -encryptkeypair 4. Open Cognos Configuration and click save to Apply the configuration. If you continue to get (new) errors: 5. In the crn_install_dirconfiguration directory, rename crnstartup.xml to crnstartup.xml.bak 6. Rename your latest crnstartup_<date>.xml file (eg. crnstartup_20050812091944.xml) to crnstartup.xml 7. Open Cognos Configuration and save the configuration 8. Make sure that the correct settings are in effect in Cognos Configuration (because you are reverting to a previous save of Cognos Configuration in step 6)All this is done on the client workstation. So far it has seemed to work.
