包内容冲突，移除冲突的包yum -y remove MySQL-server-5.5.51-1.el7.x86_64（这步操作慎重）然后再安装你要的包或者rpm安装那个包，加上 --replacefiles显示全部

    因为你的mysql 5.5会用到那个libs文件，不保证你安装perl那个后是否有影响。不行就自己编译吧。
