笔者认为，“SQL国际标准”不仅是ISO/IEC 9075，还应包括与ISO/IEC 9075相关的若干国际标准。

与ISO/IEC 9075相关的已发布的国际标准有ISO/IEC 19075 、 ISO/IEC 9579 和 ISO/IEC 13249 。
