Test Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or IT related discipline
• 8+ years IT experience, working in multinational company or insurance industry is a plus
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and QA process
• Proficient in testing theories and methodologies, ISTQB certification is preferable
• Rich testing experiences in both manual and automation tests
• Familiar with all kinds of testing tools (QC, Rally, JIRA, QTP, Selenium, JMeter, etc.)
• With automation testing experience and including GUI, interface, performance testing
• Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Self-starter and willing to working under pressure, can travel time to time
• Good Management skill, PMP certification is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project quality in ST/SIT phase, and support business user to conduct UAT
• Accountable for all testing deliverables in ST/SIT phase, such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Results, Test Environments, Test Reports, etc.
• Coordinate between PM, Group EA, BA team, Development team, Testing team, local IT, Business Users and other stockholders to ensure all testing work are well processed
• Manage and monitor all testing activities, escalate any issues/risks to Project Manager
• Identify the testing requirements at initial phase of the project, and provide the estimation of testing efforts and budget
• Draft the project Testing Strategy to identify testing scope, define testing approach, specify the testing timeline and deliverables, etc., present the test strategy to related stockholders and get it sign off
• Review all testing deliverables and get them sign off on schedule

Automation Test Analyst

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years software development working experience
• 3+ years’ experience of JAVA, or 2+ years of Selenium
• Willing to learn new technologies and has interest in automation testing
• Good understanding of testing tools, such as JUnit, Jenkins, JIRA, Selenium, SoapUI, LoadRunner, JMeter, Cucumber, etc.
• Good communication skills and strong self-driven.
• Good English reading/writing skill, fluent oral English is a plus
• Experience in designing or implement of automation testing framework is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Design the framework of automation testing and keep improving the usability/reusability,
• Support automation test engineer to implement the automation testing framework and solve the technical problems
• Propose and present the solution of automation testing framework to customers
• Study the new technologies of testing to improve the efficiency of testing activities and processes

Java Developer(Tester)

Job Summary:

This position is to support the J2EE Web application and standalone application, including system programming, unit testing, system & integration testing and UAT support.

The application is the insurance core system,

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
• Develop using J2EE for Web.
• Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test.

Requirements:

• 3 + years JavaEE application development experience. Skill at JSP/servlet/struts/spring/hibernate/ibatis and JS/Ajax etc
• Good experience at popular database, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase or MySQL , 3+ years
• 1+ year testing experience is preferred.
• Good English in reading/writing/speaking will be a big plus

Senior Developer:

• would have strong technical and development skills, knowing various IDE environment
• 2-3 project management experiences leading a scrum team as well as normal SDLC
• This role will be expected to code 50% and 50% for some project management tasks.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

3. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
4. Proficiency in key design applications, and the knowledge of when to use which tools Pen and paper, whiteboard and marker Wireframes and Visual design tools, including Sketch, Illustrator. Prototyping tools, including Axure 5, Invision.
5. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
7. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
8. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
9. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
10. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
