启动cognos出现的问题CFG-ERR-0103

执行外部进程后返回值为“-1”的错误代码。

解决办法：cognos安装目录ibmcognosc10configurationschemascontent，找到对应的内容存储库类型对应的dbClean_*.sql，放在plsql里重新执行下该文件的内容重新启动即可
