RedHat从RHEL7.5开始正式支持Power9处理器（包括小机上的Power9和OpenPower服务器上scale out），详细情况可以参考Redhat的release note，如https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_enterprise_linux/7/html/7.6_release_notes/chap-red_hat_enterprise_linux-7.6_release_notes-architectures
需要注意的是 为了支持Power9，从RHEL7.5开始，红帽单独为Power开启了alt分支，采用4.14版本内核。从RHEL8开始，红帽对所有架构统一采用4.18版本内核。
