Global Fault LED on EXP810 or EXP 5000 (FW 7.xx) without any reason
Corrective Actions:
Steps:
Run the following shell command-
-> ssmShowEnclosures
Based on the output, use the following shell command to resolve the non-critical fault status-
ssmSubmitEnclosureCR <trayID>, <componentAddress>, 1,0,0,0,0,2
Example:
-> ssmShowEnclosures
[Storage Array]
[0x0335 - Enclosure - Tray ID: 4, ELI: 100000a0b8315588, Status: Non-Critical]
For the example case:
ssmSubmitEnclosureCR 4,0x0335,1,0,0,0,0,2
Perform the ssmSubmitEnclosureCR command on both controllers for the tray reporting a non-critical status.
DO NOT PERFORM THAT COMMAND AGAINST A CTRL ADDRESS ( 0x0101 ) this causes ctrl reboot!
