cognos的content Manager中test不通过

各位老师帮忙看看：

   cognos8.3+db2，节点已经配置并且测通，但是在界面配置中test不通过

[Content Manager database connection]

1. [ ERROR ] The database connection failed.

2. [ ERROR ] Content Manager is unable to access the content store. Verify your database connection parameters, and then contact your database administrator for assistance.

这个如何解决，请各位大神帮忙看看，谢谢！
