现状是这样的，我们现在有两个cognos平台，当打开一个cognos平台访问的时候没有问题，但是当打开另一个cognos平台后，第一个打开的平台就不能正常访问了，报无法解码用户功能高速缓存cookie的错误。
具体错误如下图所示：
我在网上找了个解决方案，但是没看太明白，想请问下有人遇到过此类问题吗，是怎么解决的。

Error description
When opening in 2 tabs 2 Cognos 10 installs then we get the
error: DPR-ERR-2107 - The User Capabilities Cache cookie cannot
be decoded. First tab:

This happen when the servers are on the same domain.
Local fix
1) Use Firefox. 2) Set unique cookie signatures. In Cognos Co
nfiguration -> Actions -> Edit Global Configurations -> General
Tab within the cookie settings set the domain and path so that t
he two environments will generate unique cookie signatures. 3)
Use a different domain/subdomain for one of the installations? E
xample: TM1 would be: servername.domain.com BI would be:
servername.subdomain.domain.com
